The 1-2-3-4 North-South-East-West Tour in June 2021 features a core of NEW London artists – Nuha Ruby Ra, Muck Spreader, Artificially Yours, PVA, Peeping Drexels, Hate Moss, who hit the road joined each night by local bands, DJ’s and like-minded collaborators including PREGOBLIN, Genie Genie, Lambrini Girls, Martyrials, The Queens Head, Endless Digital Birthdays, Karma Sheen plus more additions to be announced soon – watch this space.
Avant-punk queen Nuha Ruby Ra has been quietly building a keen live following over the last year with tours alongside Warmduscher and Snapped Ankles, and is now ready to release her debut EP ‘How to Move’ this spring. The EP was produced by Erin Tonkon (David Bowie) and features seven tracks each acting as an individual story joining to paint a larger picture of love, loss, femininity, desire and depression but mostly it’s about growth and what it means to overcome great personal and emotional obstacles. Think Grace Jones colliding headfirst with the Fat White Family and you’d be on the right track.
