PUSH are the original 70’s rare groove merchants from way back in the day. The line up has been tinkered with along the way, and the group has worked with legendary musicians such as Paul Weller and Seal. The latest iteration is particularly special, due to the inclusion of Mike McEvoy on keys.
Right now, PUSH are arguably the most in demand rhythm section in the UK. With the mighty Mick Talbot they are Candi Statons european touring band. They have backed Marlena Shaw for the last 7 years on her visits. Other artists include Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Kim Weston, Gwen McRae, and N’Dambi.
