Sarpa Salpa made their RMH debut just before the pandemic hit last year, and we were dazzled by their alt-pop bangers! We’re delighted to bring them back so soon, especially with the release of new music.

This will be an instant mood-lifter. The perfect gig to get out us out of the lockdown blues!

“A very exciting prospect for the future: these guys could be your new favourite band” – Jack Saunders (Radio 1)

Following the release of ‘Casanova’ in 2019, Sarpa Salpa have hit huge milestones ever since. 6 Music legend Steve Lamacq gave them their first national radio play on his show and has continued to express his support since. ‘Casanova’ was later crowned BBC Radio 1 Introducing Track of the Week. This release was accompanied by a sold-out playing venues around the country.

The title of their new EP ‘A Feeling You Can’t Replace’ is a lyric taken from the track ‘As Good as It Gets’. Guitarist George Neath goes on to say:

“The title ‘A Feeling You Can’t Replace’ sums up how we were feeling when writing this EP. We miss live music and the ability to interact with both our fans and other musicians. We are so grateful that we were able to write over the Internet but it cannot replace the feeling of performing live music together, we feel like many can relate to this at the moment”

The band have continued to find new ways to interact with fans during this time, and continue to maintain an active fan- base who are eager to hear new releases. They have found creative ways to make content and are continuing to create opportunities for themselves.

“Refreshing British pop for the next generation” – Chris Hawkins (6 Music)

“Flooded with nostalgic synths, a grooving bass-line and nuanced guitar, the band have woven together an irresistible tapestry of upbeat alt-pop” – Music Crowns

“One of the most creative and memorable emerging bands in the UK right now” – CLOUT
