3 years after a sellout show, Meister return to the Music Hall on May 4th for the launch of their new EP ‘Time to Love’!
One of the most beloved alternative rock bands in our local scene… self taught musicians with a lust for rock’n’roll in its purest form. If their last gig was anything to go by, we’re in for a serious show!

Kent based trio Meister have been best described as a combination of rock alternative, with a slide of pop and funk. From lead singer Luke’s rock-tinged guitar playing, to Meil’s funky slapping bass stamp, with that ever so flawless crack of Rob’s snare drum. And, of course, the enormous voice from Luke… the icing on the cake.
These guys are not just a band, they’re a family. Luke stated: “being on the local circuit for what seems to be an eternity has finally opened the doors to my creativity with these guys – I’ve finally found my musical home. Its the total ideal musical bond we have which when we all write, just works, plain and simple”.
The new EP was recorded at Ramsgate’s very own Big Jelly Studios, so where better to showcase these new tunes at the Music Hall!
