What information do we collect and how do we use it?
Ticket and shop item purchasers – all tickets and items are sold through WooCommerce using Stripe or PayPal to handle payments. Any personal information that you provide to Stripe or PayPal is handled under their privacy policies.

Stripe and PayPal give us some of this personal information such as your name and email address. We never receive your complete credit or debit card details. We use this information to perform our contractual obligations, in particular to allow us to identify you and allow access to the venue.
For the purposes of processing and completing your order we receive data collected from the checkout page via WooCommerce including customer name, address, email address and phone number.
- Email subscribers – where you have agreed to subscribe to email newsletters and other communications, we will hold a record of your name and email address. With your consent, we use this information to provide you with information about events and other matters relating to RMH. If you wish to unsubscribe you can do so by emailing us at info@ramsgatemusichall.com.
- Members – where you have signed up to the RMH membership we will hold a record of your name, and email address. With your consent, we use this information to keep you posted on events at the venue and send you other member benefits (e.g. free t-shirts etc.).
- Visitors to our website – Our website uses cookies to enhance the user experience on a website by remembering preferences, settings, and data that make the site more personalized and user-friendly.

- All customers and visitors entering RMH premises – We use CCTV to record throughout the premises. This helps us provide a safe and secure environment for our customers and to allow us to identify individuals involved in antisocial or illegal activity.

For how long do we keep your personal data?
We do not retain your personal information for longer than necessary. So, we will usually destroy or delete information as follows –
- Ticket and shop customers on our website – the data collected from your checkout including items in your basket, order details, name, address, email and contact information, is stored for the following duration.
- Pending orders – 30 days
- Failed orders – 30 days
- Cancelled orders – 30 days
- Refunded orders – 12 months
- Completed orders – 12 months
- E-mail subscribers – after you unsubscribe.
- Members – after you cease to be a member.
- CCTV – images are destroyed after one week.
When do we share personal data?
We do not ever sell personal data to any third parties. Google analytics is used on our site and uses cookies and tracking methods to collect data about website visitors including pages viewed, time spent on the site, clicked links, IP addresses, Device information, User and client IDs. Google analytics does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone number or emails. WooCommerce analytics Sourcebuster JS does not share or sell your information to any third parties. This type of cookies are only stored during session and only if you first approve your consent.
Where do we store and process personal data?
The personal information you provide to RMH is stored on computer systems in secure physical locations with limited access. Access is password protected.
