Hailing from Canterbury, UK, lotusbliss is the result of a literal lifetime of creating, experimenting, noise-making and camaraderie between brothers Josh, Seth and Adam. With a DIY spirit and an ethereal sensibility, the sound of lotusbliss marries ambient soundscapes, high-octane guitar, raw lyricism and infectious melodies, whilst also taking advantage of the vocal similarity of siblings to blend their voices in and out of unison and harmony. Their debut album, ‘Chalk’, arrives August 21st.
SUPPORT: The Worry People
The Worry People are two school friends, Ryan Dodd (drums) and Sam Stewart (guitar & vocals), joined by their long-term producer and now friend, Charles Creese (bass). They take the raw sincerity of modern Americana and plug it into the high-voltage mains of British Indie. It’s music that sounds like a panoramic landscape, even when it’s exploring the quietest corners of the mind.
