The John Hackett Band embodies the spirit of progressive rock. From John’s pastoral flute textures, through the funky interplay
between drummer Duncan Parsons and bassist Jeremy Richardson to the intricacies of Nick Fletcher’s lead guitar the
group embrace pop, rock, jazz, classical, funk and all stops in-between, from the tenderest of ballads to hair-raising
instrumental workouts!

John Hackett has been a much-loved and admired figure in the progressive music scene since the mid-70’s; best-known for his
flute work with his brother, former Genesis guitarist, Steve Hackett on albums such as Voyage of The Acolyte, Please Don’t Touch and Spectral Mornings alongside his own solo albums Checking Out Of London, Another Life and The Piper Plays His Tune 2025 saw the release of their acclaimed second album, Red Institution and a tour taking the band from Glasgow to Penzance, Colchester to Oswestry; thrilling audiences with brand new tracks alongside classic Hackett material from the heyday of progressive rock. The 2026 tour is equally
extensive, concluding with a run of dates in Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands. The band is delighted to be sharing the
stage with such diverse and imaginative talents as Heather Findlay, Olga Dikajee, Dorie Jackson and EBB.

Dikajee (solo)

Singer/songwriter DIKAJEE has shared her voice on stages across the globe with some well-famed names. Her voice,
which often pays homage to a multitude of genres from different eras, has captured the attention of other similar-
minded musicians such as Fiona Rüggeberg (FAUN), Guillaume Bernard (KLONE), and ARTIS ORUBS (ERIK
TRUFFAZ). Now the artist works as a collaborative effort with the aforementioned to showcase the weavings of folk, neo-
baroque, neoclassical, progressive rock, and more with her new album Forget~Me~Nots (2021), which received many
positive reviews from music magazines around Europe, UK and USA; Dikajee became #4 Vocalist Of The Year at Prog
Readers Poll, and single “Lily Of The Valley” was released on “The Best Of Metal Hammer 2021” official CD.

In 2023 Dikajee received a Global Talent Visa and moved to the UK. She has toured extensively with The Blackheart
Orchestra and The John Hackett Band and has wowed in festival appearances across the country in 2025. Her new
album The Frame is slated for release in late 2026.
