If Ramsgate Music Hall (RMH) cancels or postpones an event, a customer can choose to receive either a refund of the ticket price (less the £2.50 admin fee) or a ticket for another RMH-promoted event of equal or lower value. If a customer finds that they cannot attend an event, we do not provide refunds; however, we will exchange the unused ticket for a ticket for another RMH-promoted event of equal or lower value.
